Introduction

Welcome to 8kuda. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You", "Your") and 8kuda ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 8kuda online betting platform located at https://8kuda.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, and software (collectively, "the Service").

By creating an account, accessing the 8kuda website, placing any bet, or using any feature of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gambling account registered by you with 8kuda, accessible through unique login credentials.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds credited to your Account, including deposited funds and any winnings, minus any withdrawals and placed bets.
• "Bet" means a wager placed by you on any outcome of a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling activity offered through the Service.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by 8kuda subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring you to submit identification documents to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Real Money" means actual currency deposited into your Account, as distinct from Bonus funds or promotional credits.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account Balance to your designated bank account or payment method.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use the 8kuda Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. 8kuda operates a strict age verification policy. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Service is intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and when using the Service. Users accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are doing so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must not be legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling. By using the Service, you represent that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that you are gambling with your own funds for your own personal entertainment.

2.4 Single Account Restriction

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account with 8kuda. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. Only the original account may be reinstated at our sole discretion.

2.5 Excluded Persons

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from opening an Account or using the Service:

• Employees of 8kuda and their immediate family members
• Employees of affiliated payment processors, game providers, and marketing partners
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Professional gamblers or individuals who have been banned from other gambling platforms for fraud or abuse

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must select a secure password and username. All information provided must be truthful and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

8kuda is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing any withdrawal, we require you to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residence dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details)

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity occurring through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 3.4 Account Information Updates

You must notify 8kuda promptly of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your address, contact details, or payment methods. Failure to maintain current information may result in delayed withdrawals or account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

8kuda supports deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and electronic wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for promotional purposes. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your payment method and account status.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your Balance due to payment processor delays. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse deposits from payment sources we believe are not legitimately owned by you or are associated with money laundering or other illicit activities. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of crime.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified identity documents.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

8kuda processes withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB, excluding national holidays). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed during the next banking day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering alerts.

4.6 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

8kuda does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and transaction history. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000. VIP accounts may be granted higher limits upon request.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This means that if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 (regardless of whether those bets win or lose) before you can withdraw any portion of that deposit. This requirement applies separately to each deposit and is not cumulative. Attempts to use 8kuda as a money transfer service will result in immediate account suspension and confiscation of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

8kuda may offer various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonuses are granted at 8kuda's sole discretion and can be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered Rp 2,000,000 before withdrawal is permitted. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

Abusive bonus exploitation is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, using deposit reversals or chargebacks after bonus play, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting opposite outcomes simultaneously). Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, voiding of any winnings, and potential account closure.

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture

Unclaimed bonuses expire 7 days after being credited unless otherwise stated. Active bonuses and their associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited immediately upon withdrawal request. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated. You may opt out of future bonus offers by contacting customer support.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not valid until it is confirmed by 8kuda's system and a transaction receipt is generated. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except in cases of obvious technical error. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly bets that appear suspicious or are placed in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game and betting market has specified minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed before bet placement. These limits vary by game type, market, and your account status. We reserve the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regulation time unless otherwise specified. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other post-regulation outcomes do not count toward standard match betting markets unless explicitly stated. If an event is postponed, all bets remain valid provided the event is completed within 48 hours. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets are void and stakes returned, except for markets that have already been determined.

6.4 Casino Game Results

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes that are independently verified for fairness. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the game round is complete. In the rare case of a technical malfunction voiding gameplay, all affected bets will be refunded.

6.5 Lottery Draw Results

Lottery betting markets including togel draws are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). Results are final upon official publication. We do not operate the lottery draws ourselves; we offer betting markets on publicly available lottery results.

6.6 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and funds confiscation:

• Syndicate or group betting to circumvent betting limits
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or delayed odds updates
• Arb betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts or platforms
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Collusion with other players in skill-based games
• Insider betting based on non-public information

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be prevented from depositing or placing bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated until the selected period expires.

7.2 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.

8. Account Security and User Obligations

You are responsible for all activity occurring through your Account. You must immediately notify 8kuda if you suspect any unauthorized access, security breach, or fraudulent activity. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, the 8kuda server infrastructure, or any connected networks. Violations will result in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the 8kuda platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of 8kuda or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 8kuda does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8kuda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through our internal customer complaints procedure. You must submit disputes in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed event. If internal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English in accordance with international arbitration rules. These Terms are governed by international commercial law principles. By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of international arbitration for dispute resolution.

12. Amendment and Termination

12.1 Amendment Rights

8kuda reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must cease using the Service and close your Account.

12.2 Account Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending bets or bonus wagering requirements cannot be closed until those obligations are resolved.

12.3 Account Termination by 8kuda

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we reasonably believe your Account is being used for illegal purposes. Upon termination for cause, we may forfeit your Account balance and any pending winnings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to termination.

12.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of Rp 50,000 deducted from the Account Balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before any fees are applied.
